The Project Manager - Operational Excellence & Strategy is responsible for managing and executing projects & strategic initiatives of medium to high complexity across operations functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving operational excellence.

Leads strategic projects from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring adherence to defined timelines and budgets

Leads alignment of strategic direction by providing insights and recommendations based on project outcomes

Leads the preparation & decision-making process within the project scope and necessary stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional alignment and transparency

Analyzes operational performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

Facilitates project meetings, maintaining project documentation including charters, plans, and status reports

Communicates project progress and outcomes to stakeholders, including top management
-
Develops alternative solutions, taking into account functional, technological, manufacturing, and economic aspects, preparing them for evaluation and coordinate them with the responsible departments

Provides clear project management expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring operational excellence & realization focus

University degree in Business Administration, Management, (Industrial) Engineering, or related fields; a master's degree is preferred

Several years of experience in project management or operations, with a track record of leading projects; Medtec & consulting experience preferred

Competencies in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBi)

Strong competencies in MS tools & presentation skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience in cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder management

Strong communication skills incl. top management communications

Very good English skills (e.g., business fluent); German skills preferred

Flexibility to travel needed
