Our Sales Team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!
- During the 18-24 months trainee program, you will develop a deep understanding of Uniper's business, its value drivers, and the business environment.
- You will learn from experts in various fields, build a network, and work on your own projects, where you can contribute your ideas.
- You will contribute to our active trainee community, receive many training courses and development opportunities, and network with the trainee community.
- You will start in Sales with focus on product and business development for Power for the first six months of your program and then rotate flexibly upon your individual career development path and interests across the organization - you design your individual placement plan and receive support from your own mentor.
- In your home unit Sales, you will gain insights into the sales business at Uniper by supporting market and product development, assisting in customer advisory, and helping with trainings and presentations. You will contribute to project management within various sales initiatives and help to build commercial models including market strategy, business case, contract design, processes, etc. in the energy market. Stakeholder management might consist of various departments, like Legal, IT-development, portfolio, trading, controlling and many more.
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, (industrial) engineering or similar fields
- First practical experience gained through internships and/or working student activities, ideally including intercultural experiences
- Motivation to learn and develop in an international environment, taking the initiative and proactivity while working in various teams
- Communication skills and the ambition and skills to network among different stakeholders paired with analytical skills
- Fluent German and English skills are required, additional languages are a plus
