  • As part of your role, you are responsible for sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting in sales – ensuring that our decisions are based on solid and reliable figures
  • You will be the driving force in the Sales Pipeline Review: You will prepare data, organize appointments and meetings, and ensure that defined measures are implemented
  • ​​​​​​​In the strategic long-term planning BBMSP, you will coordinate the entire process, all relevant data, and the functions involved
  • ​​​​​​​You will keep an eye on the most important sales key performance indicators (KPIs), calculate them reliably, and track them consistently
  • You will critically review existing reports, provide valuable suggestions for improvement, and coordinate implementation directly with our internal IT development team
  • Collaboration with other departments is a given for you – you will network, exchange ideas, and advance projects together as a team

  • Personality: Open-minded, ability to learn quickly, multi-task, as well as work independently and in a team environment
  • Working Practice: Strong analytic and organizational skills, able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, persuasive communications
  • Experience and Knowledge: At least 5 years working experience as an financial analyst or as sales operations analyst, strong skills in Excel and PPT, prior experience with a CRM system and SAC/Power BI desirable, able to accurately compile and synthesize both quantitative and qualitative data​​
  • Languages: Fluent in English, German beneficial
  • Education: University Degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering or equivalent
