- Reviewing, processing, and paying supplier invoices
- Booking incoming payments and bank statements
- Reviewing, processing, and reimbursing travel expenses
- Reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts
- Supporting monthly closing activities for accounts payable and receivable
- Handling special cases such as prepayments, down payment requests, invoice cancellations, expense analyses, and other ad-hoc analyses
- Value Added Tax reconciliation
- Communicating with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and auditors
- Successfully completed apprenticeship in finance and accounting or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting
- Several years of relevant professional experience in finance and accounting
- Excellent English and German skills
- Good Dutch and/or French skills are an advantage
- Knowledge of IFRS and Belgian local GAAP is a plus
- You have a structured and reliable way of working
- You have a quick grasp of new concepts and a strong understanding of systems and processes
- You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and experienced with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is desirable
