Are you a strategic marketer with a creative spark? We're looking for a Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of impactful brand strategies across all platforms and touchpoints—from product packaging to campaigns in digital, print, retail, and beyond.

In this role, you'll blend strategic planning with creative execution and powerful storytelling to strengthen brand equity and drive market impact.


  • Develop and execute integrated brand strategies tailored to local market needs and in line with global guidelines
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that build brand equity and drive growth
  • Leverage market and consumer insights to shape messaging and positioning
  • Lead creative marketing campaigns across digital, print, and retail
  • Manage and grow brand presence across social media and customer touchpoints
  • Use market insights to guide decision-making and campaign optimization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and product
  • Ensure brand consistency and manage budget effectively
  • Support in packaging development


  • Min. 2–3 years experience in a FMCG Marketing Role
  • A mix of strategic mindset and creative flair
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication in English and German
  • Proactive, curious, and a team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office ( PowerPoint, word, xcel) - preferably also knowledge in programs like Canvas
