- Intensive cooperation with the International Sales Managers
- Communication with our global sales partners
- Preparation and creation of quotations and price calculations
- Independent processing of projects and international tenders
- Coordination of internal and customer-related processes with other departments
- Maintaining customer information in the CRM and ERP systems
- Collaboration in cross-departmental projects
- Preparation of contract documents
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or similar qualification or experience
- Ideally experience in internal sales, also as a career starter
- Independent, structured and conscientious way of working, team spirit and flexibility
- Strong customer orientation in a dynamic, international environment
- Experienced handling of CRM and merchandise management systems, MS Office
- Fluent in English, good knowledge of German and ideally combined with another foreign language (e.g. French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic)
