The Alvisse Parc Hotel** Superior** in Luxembourg is a high-end property with 325 rooms, ideally located in a green setting just minutes from the city center. With 14 seminar and banquet rooms accommodating between 5 and 1,500 people, a restaurant with 160 seats, and a terrace with 80 seats, the hotel welcomes a diverse clientele, including both business and leisure guests, from local and international markets.
To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a motivated and organized Client Relations & Event Coordinator, passionate about customer service and the hospitality industry.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be a key player in the successful delivery of our sales and event activities:
- Welcome, inform, and assist clients (by phone, email, or in person)
- Prepare personalized quotes for seminars, events, or individual bookings
- Follow up on reservation files from initial request to confirmation
- Participate in prospecting and client loyalty initiatives
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales (contracts, order forms, invoicing)
- Collaborate with operational departments (front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, etc.)
- Assist with analyzing results and suggesting improvements
- Working hours are flexible depending on business needs and may include evenings and weekends
- Degree (Bac +2/3) in business, hospitality, or tourism
- Previous experience in sales or reservations in a hotel or event setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
- Well-organized, responsive, and capable of managing priorities independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally familiar with hotel software (PMS like Fidelio or others)
- Fluent in French, English, and German; knowledge of Luxembourgish is an asset
