The Activation Manager is accountable that activation campaigns and initiatives are activated across the customer base, is in charge of the creating and driving the activation vision and defines best in class execution at the Point of Buying.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Engages category teams on appropriate channel/customer/shopper requirements, needed benefits and relevant timelines
- Based on Brand activation plans, develops the most appropriate campaign plans by category and retailer
- Understands the key drivers of purchase, shopper dynamics and trends and is accountable for the development of account/channel specific POS materials and and definition of digital activation means.
- Ensures tracking, post evaluation and report activity versus plan of all activities and recommends improvements and key insights for future strategy development
- Leads the activation team, guides, coaches and develops team members, drives engagement & process efficinecies
- Budget owner of Promotion Trade A&C Budget and overall lead for Trade A&C budget within Sales
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- University Degree in a related field required
- 10 years professional experience in commercial FMCG roles
- Strong leadership and influencing skills required
- German and English proficiency is mandatory
- Strong commercial acumen, creativity and analytical strengths required
