- Lead business development and new sourcing services customer acquisition in Europe
- Set the business development strategy and operational plan for Europe for the next 5 years, working strategically with the global business development team to identify and deliver a diverse, multi-market & customer strategy by channel & category
- Manage a pipeline of new customer projects, forecast opportunities and drive consistent sales, gaining market share.
- Negotiate business terms according to company's requirements, work closely with finance and legal
Must have:
- Experience in identifying, prioritizing, and securing new business and customer opportunities through consultative, solution selling or B2B sales ideally in fashion or home and living products
- Skilled in building long-term strategic relationships with potential customers
- Demonstrated determination and resilience in converting opportunites into tangible business outcomes
- Proven ability to monitor and stay abreast of regional conditions and competitive intelligence and effectively communicate findings across the organization
- Residence in Germany
- Language level: English C1
