We offer comprehensive educational and advisory services to students, executives, graduates, participants, clients, and partners from all over the world.

For the management of our online programme Master of Leadership in Sustainable Finance (MSLF), MA, the further development of Frankfurt School's E-Campus portfolio, and for occasional training sessions at Frankfurt School Sustainable World Academy (SWA), we are currently looking for a Programme Manager – initially on a two-year fixed-term basis.


  • MLSF Programme Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the MLSF, ensuring academic excellence and operational efficiency
  • E-Campus Curriculum Development: Collaborate with faculty to develop and update course content based on your experience in sustainable finance, ensuring it remains relevant and aligned with industry trends
  • Student Engagement: Foster a supportive and engaging online learning environment, addressing student inquiries and concerns promptly in collaboration with our study advisory team
  • Quality Assurance: Coordinate with our quality management team to ensure the programme complies with accreditation requirements and maintains high standards of quality as well as review and update programme components regularly based on stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Marketing and Recruitment: Work with our marketing team to promote our programmes, attract prospective students, and manage the admissions process
  • Thesis Supervision: Guide and support students in their thesis projects, ensuring academic rigor and relevance
  • Teaching: Deliver lectures and seminars, providing high-quality instruction in sustainable finance topics
  • Networking: Facilitate connections between students, alumni, and industry professionals to enhance learning and career opportunities

  • PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Sustainability, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Education)
  • Proven professional experience in programme management, incl. the development of new programmes or courses, preferably in an academic or online education setting
  • International working, teaching, training and/or coaching experience in sustainable finance, ESG, financial inclusion, and/or sustainability reporting
  • Demonstrated teaching experience, preferably at graduate or executive level
  • Experience with international accreditation processes and quality assurance frameworks
  • Strong publication record in relevant academic fields
  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken; (German language skills are a strong asset; additional language skills are a plus)
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to both work independently and as part of a team
