As the Head of Brand Management & Design (f/m/d)*, you take on strategic responsibility for the global brand presence of Engel & Völkers. In this leadership role, you will shape and evolve our premium brand identity and design worldwide – ensuring consistency, relevance, and creative excellence across all markets and touchpoints.
Within this role you will lead the key teams: Brand Management and Architecture & Design. The Brand Management team ensures a consistent global brand strategy, oversees brand collaborations, sponsorships, and manages CI/CD guidelines. The Architecture & Design team is responsible for the visual concept and design (i.e. of our stores).

- You will lead the Brand Management and Architecture & Design teams, alongside their respective team leads.
- You ensure the consistent application of our global brand principles and overall CI guidelines across all markets and touchpoints.
- You will contribute strategic impulses and act as a key force behind brand innovation and creative direction of our global brand positioning among the headquarters and country teams.
- From campaign development to creation and editorial formats like GG Magazine you act as a trusted advisor, offering brand-driven guidance and expertise to cross-functional teams.
- You can demonstrate extensive and proven experience in brand management for high-premium or luxury brands – gained either on the corporate side or within leading international agencies.
- You are a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, a forward-looking mindset, and a proactive, hands-on leadership style.
- In your current or most recent role, you have held a senior position with full disciplinary responsibility, successfully leading teams and managing complex brand initiatives.
- With a refined sense of aesthetics and a deep understanding of emerging trends, you are well equipped to further shape and strengthen our global brand.
- You bring experience in managing multiple concurrent projects and overseeing budgets throughout both planning and execution phases.
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably in German.
