Bang & Olufsen, respected in luxury audio-visual products, is seeking a skilled and professional VIC (Very Important Customer) Service Concierge to join our team!
As a VIC Service Concierge, you will be the primary point of interaction for our most esteemed clients, ensuring their setups are fully operational and delivering personalized service at the highest standard. You will build meaningful relationships with them and maintain extensive contact with retailers, service technicians, and technical staff, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery while aligning and coordinating on customer projects and setups.
- Act as the primary and main point of contact to VICs, while being a true B&O Ambassador.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to VICs, maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty, while efficiently resolving technical issues and providing seamless support.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Take the initiative to recognize opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and assist in forming the newly established VIC Service area.
- Coordinate with internal teams and technicians to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Stay updated on the latest product features and technical advancements.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.
Location: Munich, Germany or Struer, Denmark.
Working hours: Fulltime. The position includes regular shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
Start date: 1st of August 2025.
Travel: Travel approximately 20%
