Working in the Marketing Analytics department, you will work closely with our Marketing, Analytics and Marketplace Management teams to further strengthen and develop our marketplace.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities:
- Conduct data analyses to measure the impact of our marketing and job posting activities in our marketplaces
- Coordinate and conduct analytical deep-dives on cross channel and department performance together with your fellow analysts within the Marketing Analytics department
- Summarize technical topics into concise performance overviews and provide actionable insights and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders
- Construct, maintain and refine data products and setup (automated) data pipelines
- Collaborate closely with our Marketing, Brand, Data Engineering, Data Science and various other Analytics teams to prepare data-based decision-making
- You possess relevant professional experience in an analytical role ideally in a digital business, consultancy, media or market research
- You hold a relevant degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing or any related discipline
- You have coding experience in Python/R and SQL and you are keen on learning more
- You have experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to identify and solve complex analytical challenges and to communicate them with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You are fluent in English, German is a plus
