With a fleet of 287 modern container ships and a Vessel Capacity 2.2 million TEU, as well as a Container Capacity 3.2 million TEU including one of the world's largest and most modern reefer container fleets, Hapag-Lloyd is one of the world's leading liner shipping companies. In the Liner Shipping segment, the Company has around 13.500 employees and 400 offices in 139 countries. Hapag-Lloyd has a container capacity of 11.9 million TEU – including one of the largest and most modern fleets of reefer containers. A total of 114 liner services worldwide ensure fast and reliable connections between more than 600 ports across the world. In the Terminal & Infrastructure segment, Hapag-Lloyd has stakes in 20 terminals in Europe, Latin America, the United States, India, and North Africa. The roughly 2.600 employees assigned to the Terminal & Infrastructure segment deal with terminal-related activities and provide complementary logistics services at selected locations.
- You support to shape Hapag-Lloyd's inland landscape and help to achieve ambitious volume growth targets
- You get insights into challenging and exciting inland projects that will further enhance Hapag-Lloyd's inland product
- You support the team on challenging ad-hoc topics
- You get a holistic view on Hapag-Lloyd's inland product, supporting commercial, operational and project related matters
- You help to prepare PowerPoint presentations for the management
- You support the inland IT transformation
- You will gain experience in exiting and challenging inland topics and work in a multinational environment on a daily basis
- You are currently studying full-time in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Transport or a comparable field
- You have excellent analytical skills
- You are well experienced in using MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You can communicate well in English (both written and verbal)
- You have gained first working experiences (through internship or similar) in the fields of transport, logistics or shipping
- You have a hands on mentality and you enjoy taking new challenges
