We are looking for you as Maintenance Methods Engineer (m/f/d) for our location in Friedrichsdorf.
  • Deploy and oversee Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) processes to optimize equipment performance (MTTR, MTBF, TRP)
  • Manage and update technical documentation and work instructions
  • Propose and control maintenance budgets, including overheads, labor, and spare parts inventory
  • Lead maintenance-related productivity improvements and QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) processes
  • Ensure spare parts inventory is well maintained and equipment FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) is up-to-date
  • Collaborate with process teams and maintenance supervisors for equipment industrialization, ensuring compliance with VSDP and IPROM standards
  • Develop and implement safety standards, lead safety QRQC, and ensure safety culture is adhered to throughout the organization
  • Assess environmental impacts of equipment and incorporate safety measures in design according to local and group regulations
  • Develop team expertise, manage workforce planning, and support competence transfer and human resource needs

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • Experience in People and Budget Management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical field
  • Preferred experience as Maintenance Method Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor
  • Proficiency in German and English
