To make travel as easy as possible while offering a first-class vacation experience!You'll be the key link between our business teams, developers, and partners — translating business needs into clear technical requirements. From enhancing our booking systems to launching new customer-facing platforms, you'll own the roadmap, prioritize features, and lead projects from concept to completion.
- Define product vision and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Gather, prioritize, and manage requirements and user stories.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams (internal and external).
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle: from planning to rollout and post-launch optimization.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Continuously identify and mitigate project risks.
- Stay up-to-date with travel industry and technology trends
- Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Product Owner in a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with travel technology, booking engines, APIs, and CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on attitude.
- Fluent in English. German language skills would be a big plus.
