As a Finance Business Partner (m/f/d), you will play a key role in guiding management through financial decision-making by providing insightful analysis and strategic recommendations. You will also work on strategic topics contributing to defining future direction of the unit.
- Provide meaningful guidance to management on financial objectives, expectations and timeline
- Provide recommendations on key business decisions and transactions
- Hold accountability of finance cycle – closing, budget, forecast etc. – deliverables (both time and quality) for the scope you will be accountable for
- Ensure a high level of compliance and risk management, including the identification and control of all risks for the business
- Participate in the strategy definition and implementation for the management of the organization you will support
- Help identify business drivers and facilitate decisions related to allocation of financial resources
- Master's degree in business or similar degree
- At least 5 years of experience in an audit firm, experience in the FP&A department of an international corporation or Management Consulting
- Good working knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Being able to identify root causes of problems, to defining scenarios, and to implement problem resolutions quickly and effectively
