Your Team:

The Sales Operations team is part of the sales organization of Statista. We support more than 300 employees from the Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, and Customer Service departments. Our tasks include analyzing sales data, forecasting, and the constant monitoring of KPIs. Not only do we strive to support our global Sales team on a daily basis by optimizing processes, but we are also responsible for the sales tools and systems, with Salesforce as our main CRM Tool.


  • Conduct online market research for international projects to gather relevant data and insights.
  • Perform qualitative research to verify and supplement online findings.
  • Design and co-create comprehensive reports and presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of market analyses and reports.
  • Prepare and organize data using Excel and PowerPoint for clear and effective presentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team to facilitate smooth operations.

  • Enrolled student in business administration, economics, social sciences, humanities or comparable courses of study
  • Interest in business analysis, especially concerning comparative strategic analysis of similar companies
  • A team player mindset
  • Confident handling of the Microsoft Office package (especially good Excel and PowerPoint skills)
  • Experience with Thinkcell is a plus
  • Independent and careful approach with a high degree of reliability
  • Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
  • Availability to work 15–20 hours/week (with flexible working hours)
