Become our
Team Leader Inside (m/f/d)
- Review Bookings, Sales and Gross Profit
- Review Inside Sales/Customer Service rep activities
- Ensure review of the Credit Hold Report via the CRM Orders on Hold Report
- Analyse and Execute Workflows
- Process Return Authorizations
- Credit and Rebill Approvals
- Ensure review of Open orders via the CRM Orders on Open Orders Report
- Inside Sales Trainings (Refresh and on new releases Trainings)
- Review Inside Sales progress
- Review/Renewal Reserved Orders and CA's
- Review the Automation numbers with each sales person
- Review Gross Profit with each Inside Sales
- Co-ordinating and support customers sales and system solutions with Field Sales
- Update IS/OS account assignments
- Interviewing and hiring
- Training all new Inside Employees
- Supporting team on daily duties
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Way of working oriented on finding solutions and helping customers
- Ability to prioritize own tasks and your team, organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of Heilind sales systems
- Fast learning abilities
- Fluency in the use of English in everyday communication during meetings and written communication
- Knowledge of other languages is an asset in working with clients
- Good computer skills, especially Excel
- Familiar working atmosphere
