With this in mind, we are looking for a Sustainability Manager (f/d/m). In this role the mission can be described as such: Manage sustainability activities and projects, provide sustainability expertise, reporting to the Head of Sustainability Management.
- Support Head of Sustainability Management in implementing the global sustainability roadmap
- Coordinate global sustainability activities with the business and sites, manage and support selected projects
- Develop communication materials and company presentations, maintain and update relevant sustainability documents in coordination with experts across the company
- Support Head of Sustainability Management in internal and external communication, organize and facilitate dialogues and conduct trainings, provide global sustainability content for external information requests
- Identify sustainability trends, provide and extend expertise on sustainability topics
- Master Degree in Sustainability or environmental management, or related engineering
- 3-5 years relevant professional experience in sustainability issues
- Experise in sustainability topics
- Strong collaborative, motivating and conflict skills
- Experience in coordinating with ministries, governmental agencies, funding agencies, industry associations
- German fluent, English profound
