ServiceNow Software Architect (w/m/d)

- Develop technical solutions that meet business requirements using ServiceNOW
- Provide guidance and expertise on ServiceNOW best practices and standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement ServiceNOW solutions
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization using ServiceNOW
- Ensure that ServiceNOW is configured and customized to meet the organization's needs
- Provide guidance and support to ServiceNOW administrators and developers
- Participate in ServiceNOW upgrades and releases
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 5 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture
- Experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
- Experience in developing ServiceNow integrations and workflows
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the telecommunications industry, especially with fiber optic networks is a plus
- ServiceNow certification (CMA / CTA) is a plus
- Basic understanding of IT Service Management, preferably an ITIL certificate
