Working Student - IT Support (f/m/d)
What you will do
- Supporting our agile teams in IT and telecommunication related processes
- Be our touchpoint for first level support
- Independent solution of hard- and software problems
- Create and update manuals and help articles for our colleagues
- Communication and coordination with external service providers
- Administration of different phone systems
- Management, documentation and inventory of hardware
- Development of IT-based solutions and optimization concepts for operational processes
What you should bring along
- Student in the field of IT/computer science/network engineering/business administration

Knowledge of/experience with MS Office suite, switching and routing, IP phones

Full working proficiency in German, with very good English language skills

Quick comprehension, decisiveness and communication skills

Organizational talent, high degree of initiative and service mentality
