We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to manage sales, marketing and technical support to our customers in France, Belgium, and other French speaking countries for the High Gas Barrier specialty products in food packaging, and industrial application such as Floor Heating Pipes such as SoarnoL-EVOH, G-SoarnoL and G-Polymer. Reporting directly to General Manager Sales, you will be planning and coordinating sales, marketing, and technical support activities, aiming to keep and grow business with existing customers and develop new business with new customers.
While this role is primary office-based in our Duesseldorf office, remote work can be arranged to accommodate individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales, forecast, and budget planning and follow-up (by volume, turnover, etc.)
  • Interface with direct customers and distributors
  • Planning of travels, customer visits, exhibitions, and conferences
  • Reporting competitors' activities
  • New projects' follow-up
  • Cooperation with colleagues from other departments e.g. Finance, R&D and internal reporting

  • Fluent French and English, any additional languages would be an advantage.
  • Experience in sales of polymers for food packaging would be ideal, candidates with a technical background and strong sales interest will be also considered.
  • Global/EMEA business environment experience desired.
  • Ability to grow professional customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of polymers, polymers chemistry and processing techniques (blown, cast, pipe, sheet extrusion, thermoforming, injection molding etc).
  • Team player who is eager to fulfil corporate goals.
