  • Lead a packaging recyclability testing lab
  • Go-2 person for packaging recyclability topics for customers, associations and cross SBU
  • Actively contribute in improving internal and external processes to keep highest credibility / implement new analyses / process according to law, industry and safety standards
  • Stay up to date in recyclability regulations and implement in testing capabilities and processes
  • Training and coaching of customers and internal stakeholders

  • Master or PhD in Material Science, Circular Economy, Process engineering, chemistry or similar
  • Profound knowledge in recyclability and certification in the packaging industry
  • Leading and developing people with passion
  • Strong technical expert with several years of experience in lab analyses work and management
  • High seniority skills in consulting and recyclability discussions with customers, associations and internally
  • Ability to analyze and understand complex contexts in detail and to communicate in a way that is appropriate for the target audience
  • Ability to take the initiative and high degree of flexibility
  • Open to travel to customers and industry partners within EU
  • Digital skills and mindset
  • Fluent English and German language skills
