With the Miles2Markets project we are laying the foundation for future Daimler Truck Financial Services, by creating standardized processes and a uniform system landscape for our national subsidiaries. As a project team, we provide intensive support to the markets during system rollout and drive the stabilization of business operations in close collaboration with our IT department.


WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As Topic Owner:in for Output and Document Management (ODM) you independently support all cross-market activities and coordinate the topic specific requirements in the areas of document creation, archiving, e-signature and other topics necessary to enable financial services for customers.

  • Mediator & interface between business, other topic areas, live markets and IT team
  • Coordination of topic-related activities with the markets and within the project team
  • Understanding, prioritizing, and refining of the functional requirements
  • Designing and optimizing our standardized ODM solutions for the business area, which comply with market specific regulations and requirements, in close cooperation with our IT department and vendors
  • Creation of specifications for document templates
  • Solving system and process defects is collaboration with the markets and system vendors
  • Monitoring and supporting the development and testing process
  • Ensuring detailed documentation to comply with audit requirement and ensure regular reporting
  • Facilitating topic communities to ensure cross-market exchange and alignment

THAT'S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH

  • Bachelor/Master degree in business administration, business informatics, information technology or a comparable course of study
  • Experience in international projects in various areas of financial services, ideally related to ODM, optical archives, eSignature or OCR
  • Extensive business knowledge and a basic technical understanding of ODM related areas as well as financial contract life cycles
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • High level of resilience, commitment, autonomy and flexibility
