  • Produces robust software verification documentation to support the initial release and ongoing maintenance of products
  • Participates in new product design phase reviews to present the results and progress summaries of activities for which they are responsible
  • Provides support to the project teams during generation of input and risk analysis documents to ensure independent user-focussed input to the process
  • Coordinates and supports software test engineering to provide a suitable environment for software verification and project team members to conduct verification of software
  • Interfaces with design, marketing and quality teams to ensure the software verification function is fully integrated within the project teams

  • Bachelor's or master's degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences) or equivalent
  • Preferably ISTQB Certified Test Manager, IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering and/or Certified Professional for Medical Software (CPMS)
  • Several years of experience in the field of software development, software testing, or systems engineering
  • Experience in the application of relevant standards to medical device software development
  • Know-how of software test and software risk analysis tools, methods and processes
  • Medium level of project management skills
  • Good English and good verbal communication skills in German
  • Good writing and presentation skills
  • Strong teamwork skills to work effectively on cross-functional project teams
