WORKING STUDENT – LIVE STREAMING COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT (ALL GENDERS)
Teilzeit / immediately / Office Dresden, Berlin (highly remote)
We are looking for an enthusiastic Working Student (all genders) to take the first steps in managing the Community for our feature “LOVOO Live”, where thousands of broadcasters and viewers can interact with each other.
Our Community Managers discover and connect with Streamers within our App and accompany them on their journey in LOVOO Live to turn them into real streaming stars! They also focus on building close long-term relationships with active supporters of our community to identify and help them with their needs and satisfaction.
As a part of the Talent Management team you will support our Community Managers with brainstorming, designing and implementing weekly contests and activations.

Especially in the current pandemic situation, it is important for us to protect our employees as best as possible. Even though we want to maintain our comprehensive home office concept in post-COVID times, a regular exchange on site with other team colleagues in our beautiful offices is very important to us. - A close collaboration and idea sharing with our Community Managers from different countries in order to engage our streamers as well as our viewers
- Support of the team in the execution of the weekly activations for streamers and viewers
- Becoming an expert on the LOVOO Live function and its best practices
- Development of ideas and improving of existing concepts for exciting activations, shows and contests within our Live Streaming section
- Learning how to use our analytics tools to review revenue driven activations and taking resulting steps
- Creation of visual assets for our Live Streaming contests in various markets with the support of our Design team
- Studies in Marketing, Communications, Media Sciences or a comparable field
- German on an intermediate Level (B2) as well as very good English
- Very good organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
- A self-starter with great initiative and an analytical mindset
- Proactivity as well as contribution of new ideas and thinking outside the box
- Team player mentality with a strong goal orientation
- Familiarity and interest in the livestreaming world are a big plus
- Nice to have: previous knowledge of Sketch, Figma or other graphic design tool
