We are a global supplier of complete pre-insulated pipe systems with a focus on providing better energy efficiency to our customers. With more than 50 years of research, development and experience, we have become the leading manufacturer of pre-insulated pipe systems with immense know-how related to insulation as a means of improving energy efficiency.

As we seek to enhance our continually evolving industrial team, we are on the lookout for another skilled team member. In this capacity, you will take part in developing a new business area within Kingspan LOGSTOR as a part of a skilled international team of 7 colleagues, entrusted with overseeing the entire European market.

In this position, you'll be responsible for processing sales orders and providing quotations in close collaboration with our sales team. Our customers include consultants, installers, and larger end customers.

you will be a single point of contact for our core business markets such as Nordic countries, Benelux and Germany as well as our other export countries.


  • Servicing and advising our customers via phone and email
  • Providing customer quotations for smaller projects
  • Processing sales orders (order and quotation entry in SAP)
  • Coordination with other departments in transportation, production planning, and procurement
  • Handling return orders
  • Updating customer master data

We imagine that you come from a similar position such as order coordinator, quotation coordinator, or similar. What matters most is that you have significant experience in providing customer service, handling orders, and coordinating internally with departments such as transportation, planning, and procurement. Experiences in working with tenders will be a advantage.

You'll receive a thorough introduction to our product range, so industry experience is not mandatory. However, we expect you to have experience from a production/trading company. To be successful in the role, you should have a good amount of experience with ERP systems – preferably SAP.

  • Having a good overview and sense of structure with daily follow-up of own orders
  • Being self-driven, flexible, and thriving in a sometimes busy environment
  • Viewing IT (MS Office) and ERP/CRM systems as your natural working tools
  • Being an engaged team member, taking responsibility for achieving both personal and common goals
  • Having a bit of technical interest would be an advantage
  • Having the will and desire to develop and further educate yourself
  • You should be able to communicate in English, and German in both writing and speaking. Danish, German, Dutch and Swedish would be an advantage.
