The following challenges await you: You will lead and manage technical projects in innovation from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices, with a strong focus on structured and data-driven decision-making. We want you to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes. In this role you will develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project objectives and resource optimization. Additionally, you will utilize scientific expertise in glass or ceramics to provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
