  • Evaluate, improve and execute Capex projects within a Production Network with focus on our Production site in Heidelberg in E&I (Electrical and Instrumentation) engineering area
  • Be the lead Engineering for Capex projects
  • Support Capex projects within the regional team in E&I related area
  • Projects can be in Infrastructure, SHE, Equipment, etc.
  • Responsible for technical evaluations of the capital investment projects in E&I area
  • Support the capital investment planning
  • Development and introduction of Manufacturing Engineering standards
  • Responsible for the departmental QM/SHE/Lean activities in Engineering
  • Support Global Technologies Network

  • Completed studies in E&I Engineering
  • Knowledge Project Management, Lean Management is an advantage, first work experience or internships desirable
  • "Think outside the box"; curiosity, creativity and constant questioning of existing processes
  • Continuous improvement thinking while achieving short-term goals with the help of available instruments and capacities
  • Very independent, self-initiated working style, intercultural competence and ability to work in a team
  • Support for individual projects as well as global and European initiatives
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate with colleagues in different functions and locations in English and German language
