Chief Human Resources Officer / CHRO (m/f/d)

Jobbeschreibung

As a globally active group of companies (sales of around 600 million euros and 2,500 employees, private equity backed), we are the market leader in our highly specialised segment of energy technology products and services. Driven by the agility, innovative strength and application expertise of our employees, we offer a diversified and at the same time focused range of technologies; our strong international hubs and global operations footprint (9 locations on 3 continents) support well-known OEMs, transmission system operators and utilities.

Our ambitious growth strategy, based on organic growth and targeted company acquisitions, makes it necessary to further develop our management organization, which is why we are looking for a qualified person (m/f/d) as Chief Human Resources Officer / CHRO.

After successfully carving out from a large corporation, Human Resources plays a key role in our strategic planning. Based on a holistic HR strategy and in close cooperation with related functions and our decentralized entitiies, the aim is to develop digitally driven, innovative and business-supporting HR tools and processes and implement them throughout the Group. In terms of content, your area of responsibility covers the entire spectrum of strategic and operational HR work, with a particular focus on talent management, recruiting and HR systems. Moreover, you are expected to provide significant impetus for the further development of our corporate culture as well as the integration of existing and (through acquisition) future units. To achieve your goals, you will be supported centrally by a small team, but above all you will create an impact on the company through your decentralized HR organization. You will report directly to the Group CEO.

As an experienced HR professional, you have several years of proven success in a similarly challenging position (1st / 2nd HR management level, e.g. as CHRO, VP HR, Senior HR Business Partner), ideally in an innovation-driven industrial environment with an international footprint. You have proven several times that you can build up and effectively align HR organizations strategically as well as operationally and pragmatically and thus provide business-shaping and structuring as well as culture-building impulses. You have a good command of the range of instruments used in modern HR work, are both conceptually strong and implementation-oriented, have extensive expertise in project management and strong communication skills. You are familiar with the culture of an established and at the same time innovative, highly ambitious and performance-oriented industrial medium-sized company. As an authentic and confident personality, you treat managers, employees, and co-determination representatives respectfully and at eye level. A willingness to travel internationally and business fluency in German and English are prerequisites.
