- Unterstützung im Projekt- und Kommunikationsmanagement (Erarbeitung von Meilensteinpräsentationen, Statusberichten, Dashboards, etc.)
- Unterstützung des internationalen Beschaffungsprozesses
- Anfragen und Auswertungen von Angeboten sowie Erstellen von Angebotsvergleichen und Kosten-Benchmarks inkl. Marktanalysen
- Definition von Verhandlungsstrategien, Teilnahme an Preisverhandlungen und Strategiegesprächen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Kenntnisse in SAP und MS Power BI sind von Vorteil
- Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
