This junior management role is critical in supporting our quality management systems, ensuring compliance with GxP and other regulatory standards, and contributing to the delivery of safe and effective products. You will collaborate with experienced teams across various functions to uphold the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
- Quality System Support: Assist in implementing and managing quality and compliance systems according to ICH GCP, and other applicable standards.
- Regulatory Knowledge Development: Gain knowledge of EU/US pharmaceutical regulations, support regulatory inspections, and contribute to continuous inspection readiness.
- Audit Support: Help coordinate the planning of internal and external audits, and assist in managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborative Engagement: Support the Quality Management team in developing inspection readiness strategies, administrative task execution and collaborate with internal stakeholders in Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, CMC, and Preclinical teams.
- Quality Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to the optimization of Immunic's Quality Management System (QMS) for increased operational efficiency.
- Professional Growth: Engage in activities that enhance your professional development within the Quality Management field.
- A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field, in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- A foundational understanding of GxP regulations and a keen interest in quality standards critical to the pharmaceutical sector.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to align with Immunic's values and team culture.
- Fluency in English is essential, German is a plus
