- Successfully completed Business related master's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the areas of project management and process improvements, preferably in the consulting industry with focus on commercial and/or operations
- Strong numerical analytics skills combined with lateral and conceptual thinking
- Excellent organizational and communications skills (English & German)
- Experience in supporting senior management
- Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm
