- Local and international trainings: Actively support the organization and implementation
- Trade fairs and events: Be part of the preparation and implementation
- Social Media for BAT Germany: Design the content and postings
- Personnel development projects: Work independently on topics related to talent management
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Offenheit
- Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint
- Idealerweise erste Praxiserfahrungen im Bereich Personal oder Marketing
