Job Description

  • Monitor and manage the timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, ensuring proper coding, approval and payment in accordance with established procedures
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the P2P process and implement best-in-class procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness
  • Oversee the purchase requisition and order processing activities, ensuring compliance with internal controls, purchase policies and budgetary guidelines
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, prompt resolution of discrepancies and adherence to payment terms
  • Oversee reconciliation of accounts payables, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Performing reviews of results from the team and manage resources available to achieve the task assigned in time

Qualifications

  • University degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
  • Several years of professional experience in Accounts Payables
  • Experienced Accounting knowledge in IFRS & HGB
  • Very good knowledge in MS Office, SAP FI/CO
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge in Basware
