We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist – DACH
as replacement within Oras Group's Trade Marketing team.
The purpose of the role is to increase customer demand for HANSA/Oras products at our trading partner's stores (online and B&M). Through a close cooperation with our trading partners, you actively participate in boosting the sell-out of our products in their stores.


  • Working closely with our sales team, to support sell-ins with campaign-related marketing initiatives including all online and offline B2B and B2C customer touch points.
  • Executing trade marketing activities with wholesalers and chains (B2B and B2C) through close cooperation with their marketing teams, in order to maximize ROI and ROAS of our trade marketing spends.
  • Planning and implementing local trade activities in trade media, in-store POS activations as well as 360 digital campaigns.
  • Deployment of marketing campaigns in digital channels to lead traffic to the trade partner's online shop and generate conversions into sales.
  • Steering the performance and ROI of our local trade marketing (POS) solutions and materials.
  • Planning and executing partner or in-house fairs agreed with trade customers.

The location of this position is Stuttgart, Germany. The role involves occasional travel.


  • +2 years of experience in omnichannel retail/trade marketing or sales.
  • Master/bachelor's degree in communications/marketing/business studies/comparable studies.
  • Depth of understanding of digital marketing channels (social, search/paid, CRM).
  • Experienced in creating POS solutions and materials as a plus.
  • Super user in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in working with cross functional teams.
  • Effective communicator (oral and in writing) and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Structured, ability to plan, manage and execute projects.
  • Highly motivated and driven, achieving positive impact and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to build trust with trade partners as well as internal teams – strong empathy, clear expectations and fair-minded.
  • Multitasker & team player with a ‘can-do' attitude.
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English.
