We are looking for 3 employees (m/f/d) for the following 3 locations : Germany – Arnsberg-Müschede, Giershagen, Kriebstein


Your Tasks:

  • You design and manage from the feasibility study to the execution and start-up different large-scale industrial projects (from 1 - 20 million €, in production, capacity increase, biomass, electrification etc.) reporting to the Head of Project Management
  • You follow the project excellence program, focusing on budget, schedule, performance, and safety
  • You execute our investment excellence program locally, from first ideation to execution of major projects
  • You facilitate the implementation of initiatives based on the group's technologies, from investments to mill support, including the maintenance program.
  • You contribute to the implementation of the group's sustainable development strategy as well as digital transformation projects, infrastructure, circular economy, processes, etc.
  • You work closely with the mill manager to align needs and priorities based on projects, but also with the group's technological experts.
  • You participate to the network of project managers by exchanging best practices.

Your Profile:

  • Personality: Affinity for technology, hands-on mentality, eager to learn and stay curious
  • Working: Independent, team-oriented and structured work, assertiveness and persuasive power
  • experience and Know-how: Minimum 8 years of experience in project management in heavy industry, energy, or civil work sectors
  • Qualification: Master's degree in engineering in paper making, chemical, energy or civil work
  • Languages: Fluent in English and German
  • Travel: Willingness to travel 30-50% groupwide, residence near the first place of work is desirable
  • Training: Proficient in MS Office; Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
