  • Independently coordinate, plan, execute, control and evaluate consumer research studies (qual. & quant.) to answer key questions/ objectives with external test persons on newly developed Henkel Consumer Brands products & packaging in close collaboration with internal stakeholders (such as R&D, Market Research and Marketing and also with the global Consumer Co-Centers) and external stakeholders (e.g. recruitment agencies, external moderators, translators)
  • Develop research proposals, suggest research methodologies, identify appropriate vendor partners to work with (if applicable)
  • Manage external agency/vendor partners, screening/recruitment, oversight of temporary staff, day of study execution details, preparation of study materials (screeners, surveys, discussion guides)
  • Align on the best suitable method of the Consumer Technical Insights toolbox and take over the professional organization and execution of the consumer study with tools such as Qualitative Focus Groups, 1:1 Individual Interviews or Home Visits
  • Support the development of a Home Visits 2.0 programm where you will be the point person for EU
  • Digitally prepare and analyze the collected data to summarize the test results including observations & documentation of the test person statements and usage behavior
  • Steer the Consumer Co-Creation Center facility manegement inlcuding planning and maintanance, as well as guided tours for internal or external partners
  • Support the budget tracking of the study costs

  • Bachelor degree in Psychology, Sensory Science, Market Research, Ecotrophology
  • Relevant experience in market research/ at a consumer research agency / supplier or other CPG company
  • Experience with setting up consumer studies (i.e. product evaluation)
  • Experience in moderation & analysis of consumer research studies
  • Strong organizational skills in terms of project management
  • Experienced in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong communication skills in personal dealings with external customers, good oral and written communication skills and a well-groomed appearance
  • Passionate for the Consumer and Product interactions
  • Highly cooperative with multiple stakeholders: cross-functional team work (R&D, Marketing,...) & external stakeholders (Recruiters, external moderators etc.)
  • Careful, sympathetic, service- and customer-oriented working individual
  • Fluent in English & German
