We are currently looking for a
SALES OPERATION MANAGER (M/F/D)
PERMANENT POSITION, PREFERABLY IN FULL TIME; LOCATION: FRANKFURT am MAIN
- Support our sales department in the handling of central sales processes with focus on our EE and MEA markets: planning, order processing, interface to our international sales forces, production, logistics and accounting
- Preparation of relevant documents for order processing (certificates, invoices, credit notes, tender documents)
- Master data maintenance (countries, products, etc.)
- Backoffice function for customer- and complaint management
- Supporting sales management with ad hoc inquiries, analyses, and organization of events
- Assistance function
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable
- Knowledge of order management and SAP (MM, SD, S/4)
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proactive thinking and acting, structured and precise way of working
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation skills
- Team player, flexibility & open mindedness
- A good command of English (written and spoken); language skills in Polish, Russian and German are an asset
