Our Manufacturing & Supply Division is dedicated to being the most trusted supplier of biopharmaceuticals worldwide. For the support of our team in Barsinghausen near Hannover, we are looking for a motivated Project Manager (m/f/d), in full-time and permanent.


  • Management of the administrative processing Team (order processing, procurement and transport/export)

  • Creation of key performance indicators (KPI) to determine the performance of activities

  • Monitoring of the manufacturing costs of sold goods (COGS) and their reduction

  • Updating and creation the bill of materials (BOM) in ERP in collaboration with R&D

  • Planning and coordinating work steps from the prototype phase to serial production

  • Operational planning, implementation, control and realization of projects with project management tools

  • Contact person and interface to internal and global departments for the coordination of tasks and their deadlines

  • Support of colleagues in the event of absence and bottlenecks in order processing, export and in purchasing

  • Implementation of production planning and scheduling with regard to the procurement of components

  • Continuous process analyses and optimization

  • Preparation of evaluations and reports to the General Manager


  • Degree in commercial or technical education

  • 2 years of professional experience as a project manager or similar

  • Knowledge of electronic components; technical understanding

  • Fluent in English and German – verbally and written

  • ERP system knowledge (focus on merchandise management; SAP desirable)

  • Proficient user of MS Office

  • You are a Team-Player and have excellent communication skills paired with an independent and resilient work style
