For the support of our team in Barsinghausen near Hannover, we are looking for a motivated Quality Manager (m/f/d), in full-time and permanent.


  • Ensure that all products supplied from our production as well as third parties are manufactured, packaged, analyzed and distributed in conformance to company and regulatory guidelines and meet both internal and external customer demands

  • Ensure that all products released for sale have been manufactured in accordance with the Product License, Product Quality Specifications, and acceptable manufacturing processes practices

  • Responsible for the direct oversight of total quality performance and operations

  • Monitoring and maintaining the compliance with regulations and other requirements

  • Responsible for release of products developed from our R&D department to serial production

  • Supports ISO certifications (ISO9001, 14001, 45001…) with needed documentation and implementation of actions

  • Assures the Quality Agreements with partners are kept up to date and ensures review of the Quality elements in the Commercial Agreement

  • Create and leads internal and external audit plans and effective execution of subsequent remediation

  • Ensures proactive support in training and coaching to initiate quality improvements within the Operations Team and partners

  • Building quality data tools, KPIs and analyzing them to maintain and improve product and processes quality, alert to management and partner of degradation of quality levels and initiate corrective and improvement steps


  • Degree in commercial or technical education

  • Ideally 3-5 years experience within quality management

  • Proficient user of MS Office

  • Knowledge of electronic components; technical understanding

  • Fluent in English and German – verbally and written

  • You are a Team-Player and have excellent communication skills paired with an independent and resilient work style
