To complement our team we are looking for an:

International Sales Manager* (f /m/x) - APAC

ab sofort // unbefristet // 40h/Woche


  • Self-reliant responsibility of an international sales region (APAC)
  • Explanation of technically complex products (HW/SW) for hearing screening solutions from the user's point of view
  • Analysis of country-specific market segments and development of sales-promoting measures in cooperation with the business partners
  • Development of new business with existing customers and/or identification of improvement potential to achieve target revenue
  • Preparing and moderating presentations for business partners and users
  • Promote customer focus and loyalty by analyzing region-specific needs
  • Maintaining and expanding a KOL network according to product segments

  • Several years of proven professional experience in B2B sales of technically complex products and software applications that require explanation
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy
  • Outstanding listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong intercultural and interdisciplinary skills combined with a high willingness to travel
  • Very good command of written and spoken English, further foreign language skills are advantageous (e.g. Mandarin and German)
  • Profound experience with CRM software and MS Office (especially MS Excel)
  • A successfully completed degree in business, technology (ideally in audiology, medical technology) or comparable professional training
