Manager Controller / FP&A (m/f/d)
- Leading a team of 4 controllers at our headquarters in Viernheim
- Creating a sustainable business partnering approach to support the commercial team
- Analysis of the sales and earnings situation of the Diagnostics division in Europe
- Independent preparation of analyses and plan-actual comparisons
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Orchestration of the budget planning and forecasting process
- Participation in cross-departmental optimization projects
- Degree in business administration with a focus on controlling and accounting or a comparable degree
- Experience in leading a small team
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of controlling in an international corporation
- In-depth knowledge of creating budgets and forecasts
- Experience in working with ERP/reporting systems
- Good knowledge of accounting according to US GAAP
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially very good knowledge of Excel
- High level of initiative and affinity for numbers
