Manager Controller / FP&A (m/f/d)


  • Leading a team of 4 controllers at our headquarters in Viernheim
  • Creating a sustainable business partnering approach to support the commercial team
  • Analysis of the sales and earnings situation of the Diagnostics division in Europe
  • Independent preparation of analyses and plan-actual comparisons
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Orchestration of the budget planning and forecasting process
  • Participation in cross-departmental optimization projects

  • Degree in business administration with a focus on controlling and accounting or a comparable degree
  • Experience in leading a small team
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field of controlling in an international corporation
  • In-depth knowledge of creating budgets and forecasts
  • Experience in working with ERP/reporting systems
  • Good knowledge of accounting according to US GAAP
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially very good knowledge of Excel
  • High level of initiative and affinity for numbers
