  • Prepare and conduct operational, financial and risk management audits worldwide
  • Conduct global compliance reviews and investigations
  • Identifying and assessing operational and financial risks, documenting audit findings
  • Developing appropriate recommendations (actions) and drafting audit reports
  • Present audit findings and recommended actions to executive and senior management.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of audit programmes and practices.
  • Varied work in an international company combined with international business travel


  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in internal and/or external audit, compliance or a similar function in an international manufacturing company
  • Detailed knowledge of financial accounting in accordance with IFRS
  • Strong knowledge of auditing practices and internal control standards
  • Independent, structured and highly analytical working style
  • Ability to work in a team, excellent communication and negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, data analysis and passion for IT
  • Proficiency in audit software
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of German would be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%)
