Commercial Analytics Manager (m/f/d)


  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define and steer commercial strategies using data insights.
  • Analyze and present data findings to top management, influencing strategic decisions and market trends.
  • Partner with stakeholders in 70+ countries to consult on leveraging data for daily operations and decision-making.
  • Support data-driven decision-making processes and develop best practices across the organization.
  • Drive innovative strategic concepts and operationalize them effectively to achieve business goals.


  • An independent thinker who excels in fast-paced, complex environments, driving innovative solutions.
  • A skilled communicator adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders, from top management to sales teams, leading projects to successful outcomes.
  • Capable of translating business needs into technical requirements and overseeing their implementation for effective solutions.
  • Possessing relevant experience in corporate development, sales steering, or management consulting, with a focus on data analytics.
  • Combining a strong analytical mindset with a passion for data and a deep understanding of B2B marketing, sales, and service processes, ideally with experience in tools like Tableau, SQL, R, or Python.
