Advanced Quality Manager (m/f/d) Automotive
- managing customer's maturity level tools and APQP processes
- managing customer's quality approval on time for upcoming and legacy projects
- negotiation & acquiring customer approval on time and trace history (4M(CR) management)
- close communication with customer, and global colleagues to resolve topics
- responding to quality complaints from customer as the main contact person
- participating on customer audit at on-site audits of LGE production sites
- building up and maintaining strong customer relationship
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
- Experience in Automotive Quality Management Process (at least >5 years)
- Experience and knowledge with electronics - IVI (In-Vehicle-Infotainment) products would be a plus
- Experience and knowledge with basic risk assessment tools and quality management methods
- Knowledge of VW Group requirement/standard, VDA6.3 and IATF
- Willingness to business travel
- Communication skills in an international team
- Good English & German language skills
