Unit description
Large Projects Offshore is a key contributor to the energy transition. The Unit is responsible for the current and future development of the offshore grid as a whole and subsequently for the development and realization of the DC interconnectors and the Offshore Wind Farm grid connections in both the German and Dutch sectors of the North Sea.TenneT is growing fast to realize its strategic ambitions. We play a leading role in driving the energy transition. We are looking for a passionate Sub Project Lead Certification at our location Hanover who will contribute to this and that might be you?

As Sub Project Lead Certification you will be responsible for the successful certification of the offshore converter platforms for BalWin4 and LanWin1. You are taking care that the design and construction is compliant with TenneT´s standards and regulatory requirements.
- You are responsible for the successful certification of the offshore platforms during the design and the construction phases.
- You are managing the certification risk items to ultimately secure all relevant project certification statements and underlying records.
- You will make sure that the contractor identifies, understands and applies legal and regulatory requirements.
- You coordinate that issues and non-conformities are being resolved and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- You will liaise between TenneT´s project team, 3rd party certifiers as well as the contractors who are building the platforms.
- You will consult the project team on certification topics and provide progress monitoring analyses and reports.
- Ideally you bring a Master's degree and an academic level of thinking and working
- You have worked in a comparable role, with in-depth experience in and comprehensive understanding of the certification of infrastructure projects
- You are enthusiastic, driven, determined, authentic, inspired, and inspiring. You are an effective decision-maker and are determined to bring the decisions into fruition
- You have a strong orientation for collaboration and partnership; you have strong communication skills
- You are fluent in English and German and are willing to travel as per project needs
- You are preferably IPMA certified or open to obtain
