Provide services regarding contract and claims management to the ongoing projects vi
- Contract review, negotiations support/preparation, risk analysis for suppliers, sub-contractors and own services
- Coordinating with staff on all levels to draft, align and own contract strategies
- Preparation or review/co-creation of customer- and subcontractor-facing communication
- Support in sales and procurement activities
Development of contract and claim management framework (internal):
- Creation and ownership of contract library (templates, language, guidelines, notifications)
- Training of Project Managers (incl. PMOs), Engineering Managers, Project Controls, Procurement teams
- Proven international work experience (5+ years) in contract management/administration, claims management on (large) investment projects or in quantity surveying
- Fluent in verbal and written English and German
- Motivated driver and builder, with strong motivation for organizational development, keen attention to detail, analytical, and self-motivated way of working
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent reading and comprehension skills
- Bachelor's degree (e.g. in quantity surveying, contract administration or management, business administration, law, accounting or economics or engineering) – master's degree preferred
