Our digital transformation is a strategic priority for Mercedes-Benz, which is why we have set ambitious online sales targets for ourselves by 2025. To achieve these goals, new ways of working and a clear eCommerce strategy are required.
The entity "Mercedes-Benz Digital (MxD)" merges business and IT to develop the best digital solutions for Mercedes-Benz Cars. With an agile working environment and a start-up culture, MxD offers its employees the ideal environment for creativity and innovation. The clear focus is on successful and efficient cooperation. Our goal is to create the most luxurious online sales experience in the automotive industry. To achieve this, it is essential to understand our customers, identify our strengths and weaknesses compared to the competition, and determine what customers expect from Mercedes-Benz.
We, the "Omni-Channel Commerce Platform" team, are responsible for designing, developing, and operating the technical backbone for all Mercedes-Benz Online Stores, as well as spearheading the digital transformation by embracing our transformation program "Future of Commerce program (FoC)". To achieve our ambitious targets, we closely collaborate with various business partners at headquarters, in the regions, and in the markets.
We are looking for YOU to join our team as a working student in the "Future of Commerce (FoC)" program management role!
Together, we ensure the success of our digital eCommerce transformation by embracing transparency, collaboration, and attention to detail.
These exciting challenges await you:
- You support the development of strategic concepts for the crucial issues in the Mercedes-Benz eCommerce environment
- You contribute to our communication- and change-management measures designed to guide employees through the digital transformation process
- You organize and accompany workshops and conduct initial interviews with our experts
- You support the implementation, preparation, and follow-up of various cross-divisional senior and executive management committees for the further strategic development of the “Future of Commerce”-Program

- You have already completed at least four semesters of your bachelor's degree
- You have excellent academic achievements in subjects with a commercial, technical, or scientific orientation
- You have exceptionally high analytical and conceptual skills for structuring complex issues
- You have high quality standards and at the same time you are pragmatic in implementation
- You are motivated, ambitious, and enjoy complex and interdisciplinary topics
- You like to communicate convincingly in German and English
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote)
- You have good knowledge of digital collaboration tools such as Mural, Confluence and Jira
- Ideally, you have already been able to get to know the practical side of things during an internship in e-commerce strategy, strategy consulting or the automotive industry
